MESA is a state-of-the-art collaborative kitchen-classroom, featuring demonstrations and shows by Southern Indiana’s and Louisville established and aspiring chefs. The collaborative space offers cooking classes and demonstration and also houses a bookstore, to-go cooking dinners, and kitchen essential boutique. With the emerging and dynamic restaurant scene, MESA will become the culinary hub for Kentuckiana’s highly talented chef population to come and share their love for food with the public and each other.
MESA, was founded by Bobby and Ysha Bass in 2016. The concept was a mixture of several concepts that was brought together during their travels. They intergrated the restaurant scene with entertainment by being able to bring chefs from local restaurants and interact with their foodie following. MESA, is a perfect place to bridge the gap betweent the kitchen and the table. MESA, also houses PANTRE, a kitchen essential boutique, that features a local vendor pantry, novelties, gifts, cookware, and more. Pantre, also offers To-Go Dinners, where people can come pick up pre-measured ingredients and go home and cook the meal. MESA, is an advocate for the growing restaurant scene in KENTUCKIANA.
