​REFUND/TRANSFER POLICY:  Purchased ticket(s) are NOT refundable. You may ONLY transfer your ticket(s) to another event if we are notified via email to mesainfo@proton.me at least three (3) days prior to the event date. There are NO exceptions to this policy.

FOOD ALLERGIES & RESTRICTIONS: 
If you have an allergy or a dietary restriction, please let us know via one of the following methods:
a) Send an email to mesainfo@proton.me informing us of your allergy or dietary restriction at least three (3) business days prior to the event date to ensure proper accommodation.
OR
b) Leave a "Note to Seller" at checkout when purchasing your ticket(s).
Our chefs cannot make any changes to the posted menu without proper notice at least three (3) business days prior to the event.

PLEASE NOTE:  Ticket(s) in your cart are not confirmed until you complete your purchase. Checkout must be finalized to guarantee your reserved ticket(s).  We do not "hold" ticket(s) if they are only added to your cart. A confirmation message will be sent to your email address once the purchase is complete.

TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE - MAXIMUM OF 24 TICKETS SOLD PER SESSION

All parties will be seated together by reservation up to six (6) guests. While we try our best to meet seating requests, we cannot guarantee grouped seating for reservations larger than this.

We ask that you please remain in your seats once the event starts unless using the restroom.

Please sanitize your hands when arriving.  We ask that if you feel sick, please stay at home for the safety and heath of other attendees and staff. If you would like to transfer your ticket(s) to a later date, please see our Refund/Transfer Policy above.
