Events are non-refundable due to limited seating. However, if you are unable to make the event, you are welcome to give your seats to someone else for that particular event but we will need to be notified 24 hours in advance.  


If we are notified 48 hours before the event you can transfer the credit to another night.  Due to food  and booking costs we can not transfer that credit after the 48 hours before the event.


Tickets are NOT refunadable. 

To get best seating we encourage to buy your tickets early. We will then show you to your seat when you get there. Getting there 15 mins before allows you to get seated to your seat and order a drink before the start time.


 You may start to order drinks until the event begins or browse our PANTRE Kitchen Boutique if you come earlier. Most events have a cocktail hour where you can come and socialize and drink before the event. 


Chefs will start on time to ensure that all our guests get the maximum experience so we kindly request that you make every effort to arrive preferably 30 minutes prior but no later then 15 minutes prior to the class start time.  Late arrivals can be disruptive to other guests. If you know that you are going to be late, please just call ahead to let us know. All our chefs sincerely appreciate your promptness.

During breakfast, lunch and evening events, regardless of the theme, you will be well fed and receive a full meal unless noted otherwise. During wine and beer tasting classes, you may not necessarily receive a full meal but appetizers and desserts will be served.

Please read the menu for the event you want to attend prior to booking to rule out any obvious food allergies.  Please let us know when you sign up for the event, if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the bottom of information section.  We will do our very best to accommodate you. PLEASE NOTE: if you wait until the day of your event, we can not make any changes to the menu.

Tickets do not include alcoholic drinks unless stated on the description for that particular event. Cocktail competitions, Cocktail events & Pairings DO Include the alcohol listed in the event only. Additional drinks are extra. 


There is a full bar available at MESA and you are more then welcome to order from our Drink Menu. 


Wine, Beer and & Cocktails available.  Non- Alcoholic drinks are also available.

In the case that the event gets cancelled due to a chef illness or severe weather, we will be happy to refund in the same way the the ticket was purchased. We can also go ahead and rebook you to another night if available.

There is a number on your certificate you will need to enter at the time of booking in your cart. The gift card numbers start with a #7. The confirmation number is NOT the gift card number.


If the certificate doesn't cover the full amount the balance will show and will need to be paid in order for the booking to take place. If there is a positive balance, you will be able to use the gift card  with the same number in the future. 

Cocktail hour before the events are for guests who wish to come and mingle and get a few drinks before the event.  Full Bar available.
